Exhibitor Showcase

Not enough space in your booth to demo your products or services? AALL has you covered. The Exhibitor Showcase is the perfect opportunity to demonstrate your products and services, provide educational information, and answer questions.

New this year—a second Exhibitor Showcase theater! Due to popular demand, AALL is pleased to offer you twice the opportunity to demo your products and services. Only 24 opportunities are available—don’t miss out on this chance to maximize your reach and enhance your booth-based promotional activities.

Each $750 Exhibitor Showcase includes:

  • 30 minutes of presentation time
  • Theater-style seating for 50 people*
  • Lavaliere microphone, projector, screen and internet connection**
  • Promotion in the 2016 AALL Conference Program
  • Promotion on the conference app
  • Signage outside the designated area

*changes to the room set are not allowed
**laptops must be provided by the vendor; changes to the audio-visual equipment are not allowed

To reserve your opportunity, complete the application by May 1, 2016, for each session you wish to schedule. Designate only one First Choice selection per time slot. Session time slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Act quickly—slots will set out early. Session assignments will be communicated after May 1. Any changes to session title or description are due by May 13 to Pam Reisinger at preisinger@aall.org.
